For any Patients that would like to stop smoking, please contact the surgery for support.

SMS TEXT MESSAGING SERVICE

The surgery has a text messaging service.   This enables you to receive text messages via your mobile telephone regarding your appointments.  If you wish to register for this service please complete a consent form which is available from the Reception Desk.

PRACTICE BOUNDARY

Details regarding the Practice Area are displayed on a notice board in the waiting room at the surgery or on this website.  Please note: If you are a new patient and do not live in the area marked BLUE then whilst we are able to welcome you as a patient, we are not able to offer you certain services such as home visits.  Please contact the reception team should you have any queries regarding this and they will be happy to help you.
